Find out more about the survey

The survey focuses on young Brazilian students and recent-graduates and seeks to gather information on what they think about companies, leadership, the labour market and their careers.

Young people choose their dream company based on it providing professional development opportunities, constant challenges and the possibility for them to work with what they enjoy, as well as with innovating brands that have a good market image.

Alignment with company culture is also one of the main factors evaluated when people are choosing their careers, to such an extent that 70% of the young people surveyed referred to the values and beliefs of the organizations that they admire. Professional recognition, sustainability and a focus on people and quality are the characteristics that are most important to these young people.
