How to ACT in a Hazardous
Materials Release Emergency
If you hear the emergency signal:
a 15-second air horn blast followed by 5 seconds of silence, be sure to ACT accordingly:
Always go indoors
Close all doors and windows
Turn off furnaces, air conditioners and other air intakes
If you hear the horn on Mondays at 1:30 pm, please remember it is simply
a regular test of our emergency system.
