Vale has received the “Partner of the Year” award from AIESEC, the biggest student organization in the world. Present in more than 100 countries, the institution is recognized as an international platform providing opportunities for young people.
AIESEC is now our company’s largest sources of talent for international trainee programs. During the partnership’s nine-month existence, 34 trainees from the institution have joined Vale.
The award was presented in September at the AIESEC’s International Congress in Hyderabad, India. The event was attended by over 600 students from across the world, as well as representatives of various major companies.
