Certain principles and practices must be present among all those involved in
the everyday relationships between Vale and its suppliers, in order to build and
maintain relations that add value and develop our society economically, socially
and environmentally.
For this reason, Vale created its Suppliers’ Code of Conduct, a document that
sets out suppliers’ commitment to Vale’s main guidelines in relation to society.
To formalize their commitment to the guidelines contained in this document, we
ask all our suppliers to follow the instructions below:
