Located in Pará, Salobo has the biggest copper deposit ever discovered in the country, and will produce gold as a byproduct.
This project will raise Salobo Mine’s capacity. The work will involve expanding industrial and support facilities, raising the height of the dam and increasing mine movements.
Located in Pará, this project is subject to approval from the Board of Directors.
Situated in the Zambian copper belt, this underground mine project is a 50-50 joint venture between Vale and African Rainbow Minerals (ARM).
