Check out the highlights of Vale Day London

 

The 15th edition of Vale Day London was held this Friday, December 8th. At the event, Vale's executive board met with investors, analysts and journalists from around the world to speak about the past year and present the company's strategic planning for 2018.

In his speech, CEO Fabio Schvartsman emphasized that 2018 will be a very important year for the company and that the focus will be on opening the way for value creation and wealth sharing through initiatives divided into four pillars: performance improvement, clear strategy, evolution in governance and reference in sustainability. Among the highlights of the year, Schvartsman mentioned the cost reduction, the conversion of common shares into preferred shares and the entry of Vale into the New Market.

Sustainability and Institutional Relations
