To build the list of damage of the Mediated Compensation Program (PIM) with the communities, the Foundation held meetings with residents of the affected regions and representatives of fishermen, farmers and traders, and technical bodies such as the Superintendence of Fishing, Emater, Incaper and Shopkeepers Director Chamber (CDL).
The list of damage is a reference for the characterization of impacts and values corresponding to each of them. In August and September, meetings were held for public consultation in the cities affected in Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, with participation of more than 350 people. Now the meetings to return to communities are taking place to report which suggested damage will make up the basis of PIM.
