How to check the payment status?

The payment term will follow the commercial conditions foreseen in the contract and in the purchase order.

Access Vale Supply Portal (Minhas Notas Fiscais app) to check the invoice payment status.

Check out an example:

If the contract between Vale and the service provider states that payment will be made within 60 days from receipt of the invoice, and receipt is on 05/05

Payment will be made until 07/05, provided that the invoice does not present any type of discrepancy.
